Luma Cameras: How To Log In To The Luma App For x10 Systems

The initial process to log into your Luma Camera System is a bit drawn out; however, once it is completed, you won’t have to do it again unless you get a new phone, or have to reinstall the app for some reason.

1. If you already have valid login credentials for your Luma camera system because you have replaced a phone, or reinstalled the app, etc., skip to step 7.
   1. If you have previously created an OVRC Connect account, tell your dealer to send you an invite to use your Luma cameras, and skip to step 7.
   2. One OVRC Connect account can be used for multiple different camera systems.
2. To log into your Luma camera system for the first time, your dealer must send you an invite via email.
   
3. Follow the steps outlined in this email
   1. Download the OVRC Connect app.
      1. This app has many potential functions, however in this guide we will just be using it to create an account for accessing your cameras.
      2. After this process is done, you can delete this app if you desire.

         

4. Begin the account creation process.
   1. Using the passcode in the email from your dealer, perform an initial sign-in.
      1. The email you enter into OVRC Connect must be the email from which you received the passcode.
      2. Accept the terms and conditions.

         

5. Close the OVRC Connect App.
   1. Your account has been created.
   2. The OVRC Connect app will likely not have any functions for you to operate. That is okay.
6. Download the Luma Surveillance app.

   

7. Logging in using your OVRC Connect account or previously created Luma credentials.
   1. After opening the Luma Surveillance app on your phone, tap the Home icon in the top left corner.
   2. Choose LumaLink from the list of options.
   3. Using your OVRC Connect or Luma credentials, log in.
      1. The screen will not change dramatically after logging in. After a successful log in, the text “User signed into OvrC” will appear beneath credential fields.

         

8. Access Your Cameras
   1. Tap the home icon in the top left corner.
   2. Select “Devices” from the menu sidebar.
   3. Select the desired system from the Devices table.
      1. Depending on the number of systems registered to your account, you will have a varying quantity listed here. However, for most users, it will just be one system listed.
   4. Select the “Start Live View” button at the bottom of the system info screen.
   5. The app will jump to the live view of your cameras.

      

9. You are done.
   1. Now when you open the Luma Surveillance app, you will start in the Live View section of the app.
