Changing Dealer of Record and Account Credentials
- Go to customer.control4.com
- Enter the same credentials you use to access your Control4 system on your app.
- If you do not know your password for your system or would like to change it for security purposes, select “Forgot password.” Otherwise skip to step 7.
- Follow the prompt and then follow the instructions in the email that is sent to you. If you do not know the email associated with your Control4 system move on to the next step. Otherwise skip to step 7.
- If you do not know your system email:
- Open the Control4 app on your phone.
- Press the menu icon in the top left corner.
- Select the gear icon at the bottom of the menu.
- Select “Users & Access” from the available options.
- Use the email under the name of the “active user.”
- If you do not recognise the email listed or cannot access your Control4 app, please call us directly at (480) 522-4733, and select extension 2. Otherwise, if you have successfully accessed your customer page, please continue.
- Now that you have accessed your customer page:
- Select “My Account” from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Select “Smart Home Pro” from the options.
- Select “Change My Pro”
- Enter “Sparky” into the search bar and click the magnifying glass icon.
- Select “Sparky’s Home Theater & Electric LLC” from the drop down menu.
- Select “My Account” from the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Congratulations on setting your dealer of record to us! We look forward to working with you.
