- Download the “Control4 for OS3” app on your phone
- Open the app and click “Register.” Do not enter any info into the email or password fields.
- Review and agree to the Control4 Terms & Privacy Policy.
- Create your account by entering the one-time use passcode, your email address, and a new password.
- Review, confirm, or edit your information.
- Review information about the required Connect annual plan.
- If you are prompted to select an Assist Plan, decline this service. It is expensive and we offer you a 24/7 phone line with access to the person who programmed your system, for free.
- Review your selected plan summary.
- Enter your credit card information.
- You have completed the registration process. Feel free to select either option to proceed with your new system. If you have any questions about how to use any of the features in your system, please call us at (480) 522-4733 ext. 2.
