How To Delete Old Devices

How to delete old Control4 devices:

1. Go to customer.control4.com
2. Log in.
3. Select “My Account” at the top of the page.
   
4. Select “Users & Devices” from the dropdown menu.
   
5. Scroll down to the “Devices” list.
6. Select “Delete” on any devices you don’t recognize as immediately in use.
   
7. Do not worry about accidentally deleting any devices currently in use. Any devices that are deleted from this list can be added back to the system by simply logging in on that device’s Control4 app.
