How To Setup Thermostat Schedules

Setting up schedules on the thermostat can be an easy way for people who like to cool off the master wing of the house for better sleep, but don’t need it so cold the rest of the day.

1. Access the thermostat you want to configure with a preset.

a. Select Comfort from the Favorites menu

b. If you have more than one Comfort device in your system, select the desired thermostat from the Comfort menu.

c. Once in the thermostat’s main menu, select the schedule function from the toolbar towards the top of the screen.

2. Creating a new schedule

a. Start by selecting the day of the week you want to schedule.

i. If you want to apply the same schedule to multiple days of the week, you must first create the schedule you want on a single day, and then we will apply it to the rest of the week.

b. Tap the add function in the top right corner of the screen.

c. Select the time for the event to occur.

d. Hit “Next.”

e. Choose a thermostat preset from the list of options.

i. You can edit/create presets to fit your needs. To learn how to do this follow the steps in the article “How To Setup Thermostat Presets” on our website.

f. Press “Done.”

g. By adding multiple scheduled events in a day, you can have the thermostat adjusting the temperature to meet your different needs throughout the day.

3. Applying the same schedule to multiple days

a. Select the duplicate icon in the top right corner of the screen.

b. Select the days of the week you want to apply the schedule.

c. Press “Done.”

d. The schedule has been applied to all the chosen days.
