Managing An Active Control4 Subscription from The App

This guide explains how to manage your Control4 account from the app interface; this includes changing payment options, enabling/disabling autopay, canceling the subscription, changing dealer of record, etc.

1. Access “Account & Services.”
   1. Open Control4.
   2. Press the menu button in the top left corner.
   3. Press the gear icon in the bottom left of the menu.
   4. Select “Account & Services.”
      1. From this menu, you can manage all of your account settings. If you need to manage auto-pay, please move onto the next step.

2. Manage Auto-Pay
   1. Select “Plans & Services.”
   2. Set the toggle for Auto-Pay to the desired setting.
      1. We recommend Auto-Pay in order to prevent a lapse in remote access.
